Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-01

These terms apply to Tulip Approvals ("the app"), a monday.com app provided by Tulip Apps, run by Alain Navarro in the Netherlands ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.

1. The service

The app adds approval requests and decisions to monday.com items. It runs inside monday.com and depends on monday.com being available. We may improve or change features over time.

2. Plans and payment

The app offers a free plan and paid plans, billed through monday.com's marketplace. Plan limits and prices are shown in the marketplace listing. We do not raise the price of a plan for customers who are already subscribed to it. You can cancel through monday.com at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for who in your account can use the app, for the content entered into it, and for using it lawfully. Do not use the app to store information you are not allowed to process.

4. Your data

Your data stays yours. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability and support

We aim to keep the app working reliably and to answer support emails within one business day, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support: support@tulipapps.app.

6. Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the app by uninstalling it. We may suspend access in case of misuse. After uninstalling, stored approval records are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
